Brief Introduction of English Drama Association (EDA) in School of Foreign Languages

English Drama Association (EDA) was founded in 2006, composed of English Movie Association and Drama Club. EDA is committed to building a better English learning atmosphere for teachers andstudents. It consists of four departments: Public Relations Department, Projection Department, Publicity Department and Organization Department. Each department does its own job and cooperates with each otherwell. Every member shoulders his or her responsibility to make our association better.
EDA, with various activities gives you a chance to practice English and gain an insightful understanding of life. Meanwhile, it helps you learn western culture and improve your pronunciationin a pleasant atmosphere. Since its establishment, we have held English Drama Festival and English Dubbing Contest each year, which gained popularity among students and teachers around the whole campus. It not only arouses students’ interests in English movie but also cultivated their better articulation and performance. Throughout the years English Movie and Drama Association becomes one of the most popular associations in our institute.
